     The mission for the fund is seek donations and grants to help qualifying individuals fulfill their dreams. Dreams and visions of being self sufficient, obtaining a good job and be a provider to their families. Many times this is made possible through a good education. This is fund is to assist individuals who are unable to cross financial hurdles to pay for school in the health care industry. More specifically at schools established by Eloise Morales. Currently recipients would attend school at Texas Covenant Education in either the San Antonio campus or Austin. This website is for the Austin campus, please click here for information on the San Antonio campus.

     Eloise Morales Memorial Scholarship Fund (EMS-Fund). Is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and any donations are tax deductible. For information on how to donate please contact me by email at emsfund@tcecareers.com. I will respond to any inquiry. You can make donations online using paypal, click on the "donate" button below for this method. If sending donation by mail please make checks or money orders payable to "Eloise Morales Memorial Scholarship". Upon receiving your donatioun we will send you a receipt for your tax purposes. Please do not send cash, cash donations can be made in person at any school campus and a receipt will be given to you. Please include your name and address so we can mail you a receipt. Grievance Policy & Procedure

  1. The school has a certificate of approval from TWC to operate a career school or college in the State of Texas (S2441)
  2. The school’s programs are approved by TWC.
  3. Students must address their concerns about the school or an educational program by following the grievance process outlined in the school’s catalog;
  4. Students dissatisfied with the school’s response to their compliant can file a formal complaint with TWC, and
  5. Information in filing a complaint with TWC can be found on the Careers Schools and Colleges Webiste at http://csc.twc.state.tx.us/.
    Note: While students are expected to first use their school’s complaint procedures before filing a complaint with TWC, TWC will respond to any student complaint it receives, and will require speedy response and resolution by the school, including a possible refund to the complaint.
